The Nordictrack Fusion CST is a cutting-edge cable machine for the home gym, allowing you to do strength training with guided virtual trainers. One of the most attractive features of Nordictrack’s fitness equipment is their iFit technology. In the case of this machine, the iFit compatibility allows you to access several cross-training workouts, lead by professional trainers, who can adjust your resistance level in live time to keep you working to the optimum level!
This remote adjustment of resistance is possible due to the magnetic resistance technology. No more clunking of weight plates – the magnetic resistance system and flywheel make for a silky smooth workout experience that is easy on the joints. It also means that the Fusion CST is super quiet, so it’s perfect for a shared household or apartment living with adjoining walls.
This piece of equipment is designed for maximum space efficiency and, while cleverly compact and sturdy (around 220kgs when assembled), it has a footprint of less than 1.5 square metres.
