What to expect at Les Mills Live Brisbane 2024?

It’s a fabulous way for attendees to try out a new class that they may not have attended before, as well as experience some of their favourite workouts in a turbo-charged environment.
For die-hard fans, Les Mills Live Brisbane is an opportunity to come face-to-face with some of the much-loved Presenters and Program Directors who have been putting them through their paces on screen for years. Familiar faces include Glen Ostergaard, Lisa Osborne, Kaylah-Blayr Fitzsimons-Nu’u, Des Helu, Meno Thomas, Summer Bradley, and Marlon Woods.
Attendees can book in for workouts including:
- LES MILLS SHAPES™
- LES MILLS DANCE
- BODYPUMP®
- BODYATTACK®
- BODYCOMBAT®
- BODYSTEP®, and
- BODYBALANCE®
Cycle sessions won’t be included at Les Mills Live Brisbane, however, there will be RPM®, LES MILLS SPRINT®, and THE TRIP® sessions held off-site at World Gym Stafford on 2nd March 2024 with a special guest from New Zealand.
