Thinking about heading to AusFitness Expo Sydney in 2026? The countdown is well and truly on, with Australia’s biggest festival of health, fitness and bodypower returning to ICC Sydney from Friday 11 to Sunday 13 September.
Whether you’re all about lifting heavy, chasing a new personal best, or hunting down the latest supplements and gear, AusFitness Expo Sydney is built for anyone with a passion for fitness, whether you work in the industry or not. Expect hands-on access to the newest brands in the fitness space, live sport, and the chance to sample and shop show-only deals across the weekend.

Early bird pricing is currently open for a limited time:
- Friday Pass (1-Day Adult): $15
- 1-Day Adult (Saturday or Sunday): $20
- 2-Day Adult (Weekend Pass): $35
Once early bird pricing closes, pre-show online pricing applies:
- Friday Pass (1-Day Adult): $20
- 1-Day Adult (Saturday or Sunday): $30
- 2-Day Adult (Weekend Pass): $50
- 1-Day Child (13-17 years): $20
Tickets purchased on the day cost more, so it’s worth booking ahead:

Children 12 and under get free entry, and fitness industry professionals can attend for free with pre-registration through the co-located AusFitness Industry Trade Show & Summit. The venue does not accept cash payments, so plan to book and pay online.
If you’re competing in one of the live sport activations, you don’t need to buy a ticket at all as the association you’re competing with organises your Expo entry. A companion card also gets your support person in free when presented at the registration desk alongside a valid paying ticket.

A copy is automatically resent 48 hours before the event.
Getting to the ICC Sydney
ICC Sydney sits in Darling Harbour, about 8km from Sydney Airport and is around a 25-minute drive depending on traffic. The venue has two car parks on site, plus a number of secure options nearby in Darling Harbour, with Harbourside Car Park at 100 Murray Street, Pyrmont, the closest off-site choice. it’s also an easy 10-minute walk from either Town Hall or Central railway stations. If you’re staying overnight, AusFitness Expo’s hotels and travel page has recommendations within walking distance of the venue.

Presented by ICN NSW, this competition celebrates strength, beauty and athleticism, with some of the country’s most dedicated bodybuilding and bikini model athletes taking to the stage.
Strongman: The Asylum
Watch competitors go head to head in one of the most physically demanding disciplines in fitness, with pure strength on display in a cage-side atmosphere.
Powerlifting: APL Nationals
The Australian Powerlifting League brings its Nationals event to the expo floor, with the country’s strongest lifters competing live.
Deadly Dozen
A global fitness racing challenge with one standard and one leaderboard, open to anyone regardless of specialist skill or technical background.
CrossFit Expo Games
Following a standout debut in 2025, this officially licensed CrossFit event returns bigger, with elite, masters and adaptive athletes all competing live.
Streetworkout and streetlifting
Freestyle athletes push their limits in the Streetworkout competition, while the streetlifting national meet showcases calisthenics performed under additional load.
Weightlifting
The NSW Weightlifting Association brings Olympic weightlifting to the expo floor for a live demonstration of the sport at its highest level.

AusFitness Expo runs alongside the industry trade show
AusFitness Expo Sydney is co-located with the AusFitness Industry Trade Show & Summit, which runs on the Friday and Saturday of the same weekend. If you work within the fitness industry, a trade pass gets you into both events, so it’s worth checking eligibility before you buy a general ticket.
