Life Fitness are excited to bring two new products to the Hammer Strength family and had them on display at the AusFitness Industry Trade Show and Summit in Sydney this month. Now available to order are the Hammer Strength Hack Squat and the Assisted Nordic Ham.
What's New from Hammer Strength Plate-Loaded Equipment?
The Hammer Strength line from Life Fitness is a trusted and respected brand within the commercial strength equipment scene and is a popular mid-tier option for facilities. These two new pieces drew plenty of attention from trade show attendees and will no doubt be popular additions to the Hammer Strength plate-loaded line.

The Hammer Strength Hack Squat
Released within the last five months, the Hammer Strength Hack Squat is an evolution on their previous linear hack squat where weight sat in the lower back. The newer design was modelled off of the recently discontinued Cybex range so the weight load is now sitting on the users shoulders. It’s proving to be a far more popular model and allows for a deeper squat.
It features a 45 degree pressing angle and an adjustable range limiter with five different positions, giving the user control and confidence over their squat depth. The new Hack Squat machine also features a large foot plate, allowing for the user to shift their foot position to target different areas in the lower body.

The Hammer Strength Nordic Ham
Assisted Nordic Ham essentially allows the user to perform Nordic hamstring exercises with plate-loaded assistance, instead of relying on another person. Similar to an assisted chin machine, the more weight that the user adds, the easier the lift becomes. This design means that users can gradually progress with good control and form into the Nordic hamstring curl movement.
