Evolt 360 is a non-invasive, medical-grade scanner that measures more than 40 health parameters in less than a minute plus Macronutrient Profiling.
Now, users can obtain a calorie and macronutrient estimate based off their individual body scan in line with their body type and health and fitness routine and goals. This is the first time that a macronutrient profile can be provided without estimating a basal metabolic rate calculation.
The availability of macronutrient analysis is in addition to information that enables users to better track their overall health and fitness, beyond the outdated and inaccurate weight and BMI measurements. This includes including body composition data such as skeletal muscle mass, protein mass, total body fat, total body water, visceral fat, Bio Age, basal metabolic rate and more.
Using technology to make better decisions
Ed Zouroudis, CEO of Evolt says it is an important step in arming people with the information they need to make healthier decisions, especially before they do their grocery shopping or head out to eat.

Other methods out there are simply just using overall weight, which is subject to error when it comes to macronutrients, he also added that he does not believe it is a one size fits all scenario and this should be individualised.
