What does the Spartan Race Kids Obstacle Course involve?
The Kids Obstacle Course Race will challenge kids to be fearless, confident and committed to fun whilst they tackle the kids obstacle course. This race will provide an opportunity for young children to develop and test their coordination in a safe, exciting, outdoor environment where having fun and getting dirty is mandatory. Racers of all athletic abilities are encouraged to connect with their inner warrior as they run, walk, crawl and climb their way through a fun-filled obstacle course that helps them discover just how Spartan strong they really are!

Depending on how old your kids are and how confident they are going into the event, they can enter different obstacle course races.
For children aged 4-6, the 800m race is ideal. The next level up is the 1600m event, which is targeted at kids aged 7-9 years, and there is also a 3200m race for 9 – 14 year olds. In the older age group, there are both competitive and non-competitive heats, so your child can find the cohort that is their best fit!
