Group Fitness Expert, Mel Tempest has released her first eBook titled The A to Z Guide to Running a Kick Ass Fitness Business.
Mel Tempest is a group fitness expert who teaches up to 14 classes a week in her own club, Ballarat Body & Soul health and fitness studio in Victoria, Australia. She is an extremely experienced fitness presenter, who has delivered workshops and master classes all over the globe, from Buenos Aires to Paris to Athens and, of course, all across Australia and New Zealand.
In her club – Ballarat Body & Soul Health Club – 63 per cent of Mel’s 1,800 members are aged between 20 and 38 years, and 75 per cent of them attend group fitness classes.
In 2005, Mel was the first person in Australia to open a men’s only health club, and her legislative changes to allow this type of health club in Australia are now taught in universities and TAFE courses around the country.
Mel’s online Guide is the culimination of her extensive and hands on experience in the fitness industry. And in it, Mel provides simple and practical tips to streamlining and improving the performance of your fitness business.
