Want to make a difference in your community, but don’t know how?
If your club wants to make a difference and help transform the lives of young people in your community, BORN TO MOVE™ could just be the answer you’re looking for!
Did you know there was a Les Mills program for kids?
BORN TO MOVE™ is a series of programs specifically targeted at young people to get them moving from a young age and falling in love with fitness.
In order to make a difference in your community, we’re offering your club the ability to select your own package of BORN TO MOVE™ programs to license in. The five age groups of BORN TO MOVE™ (2-3, 4-5, 6-7, 8-12, 13-16) can be selected to suit the demographic in your area. The program gives you the ability to reach out to schools in your area to really make a difference in your community, while touching prospective members.

What ages is BORN TO MOVE suitable for?
Due to the developmental stages between 2 and 5, the program is split into 2-3 and 4-5 year old age groups. The two to three-year-old class is 30 to 45 minutes long, where a parent or caregiver also takes part. The program emphasis is on having fun while kids develop awareness of their bodies and bond with mum or dad. Meanwhile, the four to five-year-old class is a 45 to 55-minute class where children develop self-awareness, balance, weight transfer and concentration skills while learning how to interpret music, explore and move to a beat.
