UK: Miskin Manor, a grade II luxury 4 AA Red Star and Hotel in Pontyclun, Cardiff, Wales, recently overhauled its health club with a substantial investment of state-of-the-art Star Trac equipment across 4 rooms of functional training, Spinning®, HumanSport and Cardio/Strength Area.
Miskin Manor is one of the most illustrious country houses in Wales. Within the 22-acre grounds is Miskin Health Club which is home to a fully equipped cardio and weights gym, swimming pool, steam room and sauna, a bistro café and beauty treatment rooms.
To complement the already installed HumanSport® and Spinning® studios Miskin Manor has installed:
- New state of the art Star Trac Cardiovascular equipment with HD embedded televisions screens, integrated Fitness Coach® and USB connectivity
- New Inspiration® Strength resistance machines which have been developed to match human bio-mechanical movements with a seamless feel and a easy to use lock and load weight stack mechanism
- HumanSport® cable range which will bring endless possibilities of exercises from a standing and seated position, making this equipment great for all users from injury rehab to advanced multi-movement exercises
- Miskin Manor also received all new equipment from benches to racks, including the Max Rack®
- Plus a new functional area with several options to work at High Intensity Intervals including the BoxMaster®, prowler push/pull sleds, jump plyo-boxes and battle ropes.
