Enjoy A Fusion Of Exercise And Entertainment At Les Mills Live – Melbourne

Exercise and entertainment fuse in Melbourne at LES MILLS LIVE: 30 April to 1 May 2016

Les Mills and Reebok are joining forces to bring the LES MILLS LIVE international tour to the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre, Saturday 30 April and Sunday 1 May.

Promising all the squats and music you can handle, the event is part exercise, part rock show, allowing Les Mills instructors and fans to experience these classes on a whole other level complete with professional concert-quality sound and lighting and a crowd of thousands.

Les Mills programs including BODYBALANCE, BODYPUMP, GRIT, BODYATTACK, BODYCOMBAT, SH’BAM, BODYJAM, RPM, SPRINT and CXWORX will be on offer in this pumped-up LES MILLS LIVE format with Australian Les Mills Head Coaches and Program Directors leading the classes.

Les Mills Asia Pacific Sales and Marketing Director Matthew Spandow said the 2016 global tour is a celebration of the latest fitness trends and cutting edge music.

“For instructors and Les Mills lovers, this is an opportunity to work out with hundreds of like-minded motivated people in an electric environment,” he said. “This is a chance to see exercise and entertainment fusion in action. It’s a powerful display of the community element of fitness and what can be achieved when there is the momentum of a passionate and energetic group. See why thousands of members are enjoying working out to the much loved Les Mills classes, both instructors and members side by side, in the Australian leg of this international fitness festival.”

In partnership with Reebok, Les Mills are hoping to reach 250,000 total attendees at these global events by 2020.

Visiting cities including London, Barcelona and Shanghai, LES MILLS LIVE will head to the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre on Saturday April 30 and Sunday May 1. See the full schedule and book tickets online.
