The BollyX Fitness Program

Unleash your inner swagger!

BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated all at the same time.

BollyX co-founders Shahil Patel and Minal Mehta teamed up to combine their passion for fitness and Bollywood dance and BollyX was born!

BollyX utilizes interval training techniques; the unique workout not only tones your entire body but also burns serious calories – participants have recorded a calorie burn of 500-800 calories per session.

The BollyX LIT (Low Impact Training) program has all the same energy and swag as the original BollyX format but without high impact dance movements. This format was designed for individuals who love to dance and prefer or need low impact choreography. Our fitness curriculum has been created by world-class choreographers and certified fitness professionals to ensure a safe, effective and dynamic total body dance workout for all.

Don’t be fooled thinking BollyX LIT won’t give you a workout because there are no high impact dance moves. Your heart rate will soar and you will sweat, all while dancing and singing to the top hits from Bollywood in this class!

There are now 1,500+ BollyX trainees and instructors and counting, located between major cities such as Boston, NYC, Chicago, Dallas, Seattle, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. BollyX instructors include experienced dancers and fitness trainers who teach Les Mills, Zumba, CrossFit, Pilates, and TRX.

Opportunity is calling – could you start something new here in Australia! For more information on BollyX visit the BollyX website.
