Renowned as an industry innovator with a history of firsts in the wellness space, Westin Hotels & Resorts will introduce a string of innovative partnerships and programs across the brand’s six brand pillars: Feel Well, Work Well, Move Well, Eat Well, Sleep Well and Play Well.  To celebrate the launch, The Westin Sydney is opening its doors for a well-being open house, where guests, associates and customers can experience the brand’s signature programs.

Charlotte Dodson is Australia’s best-known yoga teacher with an A-list clientele which has included Miranda Kerr, Orlando Bloom, Leah Wood, Lara Bingle, Phoebe Tonkin and Stephanie Rice. With more than 15 years practicing yoga and her passion for wellbeing, Charlotte’s values are synonymous with those of the Westin brand.

Accessible on both The Westin Sydney and The Westin Melbourne websites, guests have easy access to these effective tools for creating and maintaining optimum wellness.

Charlotte is excited to be a part of Westin’s Well-being Movement and is looking forward to sharing the video with viewers, which encourages people to stay active and foster wellness regardless of their location.

“I am thrilled to have partnered with Westin to create a yoga sequence which has the power to positively affect all aspects of the viewer’s life, from encouraging a great night’s sleep and helping with digestion, to increasing focus in work and allowing people to feel their best on the move,” said Charlotte.
