You read the world exclusive announcement in the recently released issue of “What’s New in Fitness” Magazine, about SkyFit being launched in Australia alongside the opening of Sky Zone Trampoline Facility in Sydney. Well now is your chance to become involved in the fitness format that is about to change the landscape of fun fitness!
SkyFit is now recruiting fitness instructors, and they’re looking for fun, fit and funky people to help launch what is touted as being the biggest thing to hit the fitness industry since the treadmill!
SkyFit is a new way of working out. Sessions are completed on an interlocking trampoline system made up of over 60 trampolines and creating the ultimate playground. Sky Zone is the right place to lose control. It’s a place to tell the world go jump and it’s a place to take your career to new heights.
Exercise classes are focused around key exercise movement patterns, meaning these classes will be lead through exercises similar to what participants may complete with a PT in either a gym or park environment. These are the type of instructors we are looking for. Classes are not dance or choreography based.
To be successful in this role you must be:
• Passionate about health and fitness.
• Reliable and dependable (always arrive 15 minutes prior to each class)
• An enthusiastic people person
You will need to have:
• The ability to leader small group training classes of between 8-20 participants
• Exceptional customer service, communication and sales skills
• Flexibility in your schedule to be able to pick up class covers when necessary
• An ability to work as part of a team
• Initiative and a positive “can-do” and “will-do” attitude
What you will receive in return:
• High per class earning potential
• An initial 1 day training course specific to ‘how to’ teach these classes completed in the facility prior to open.
• Upon completion this will provide 6 CECs.
Essentials:
• Certificate III in Fitness or Group Exercise leaders
• Current CPR
• Level 2/Senior/Apply first aid
Desirables:
• Certificate IV in Fitness
• Tertiary qualifications
