Metabolic Jumpstart 8-Week Winter Challenge Gives Fitness Businesses A Ready-Made Promotion

Keeping client numbers up over winter is now easier with the help of an 8-Week Winter Challenge event designed by Matt O’Neill’s Metabolic Jumpstart. The Challenge, which kicks off on Monday 1 June includes O’Neill’s personalised nutrition program, weekly mindset emails and ready-to-use promotional materials. Fitness businesses add their training sessions to create the total experience.

“Our formula for a successful challenge consists of a professional look, clear structure, integrated nutrition and the flexibility to include the fitness services our partners decide”, says O’Neill, who has over 70 Official Partners and around 400 Metabolic Jumpstart Coaches.

The 8-Week Winter Challenge comes with an event calendar, fitness packaging options, logo, flyer, poster and social media images to spread the word. There is even a client sign-up form and results chart to make record keeping easier.

“We wanted to eliminate excuses for not running a powerful winter campaign by doing a lot of the hard work. Most importantly, I match up a nutrition plan for every participant so their diet is sorted, allowing our partners to focus on selling and supporting fitness.”

O’Neill also recommends adding some key elements to a fitness challenge, like before-and-after photos, reward certificates and even a Facebook group to really get clients fired up and accountable for results. A checklist is provided for this.

“Working with a range of partners, from personal trainers to larger fitness clubs, we’ve seen what works and doesn’t and help customise the package for each partner. Some businesses use the event for marketing to get new customers, while others focus on upselling clients to personal training packages. You can do both very effectively”, explains O’Neill.

Metabolic Jumpstart’s Official Partner scheme allows fitness businesses to purchase dietitian-designed nutrition programs at a 40% discount and get Coach Certification with 6 CECs. They then either sell the nutrition plans as a stand-alone retail product or package it with coaching, into fitness challenges or memberships.

O’Neill says to jump in board now for a good promotional lead-in and maximum numbers in the 8-Week Winter Challenge.
