Men’s Health has launched its new personal trainer app featuring exercise videos, targeted workouts and fitness tips for all levels.
Developed by partner Rodale-Motor-Presse, the Men’s Health Personal Trainer app boasts more than 1,000 exercises and 600 workouts and can be tailored specifically to meet different needs.
“Our easy-to-follow app is an exciting development for the brand and a unique, affordable offering for our readers,” Karen Deveson, publisher of Homes and Health at Pacific Magazines, said.

The app is available on both iPhone and iPad and can be downloaded for free at the App store with additional in-app choices for $0.99 or an expert subscription for $8.49.
