Zoe, who attended a Kangatraining class, said: “Had such a wonderful time at Kangatraining. It was lovely to walk into a newborn-friendly environment with other understanding Mums and not feel under pressure. I really appreciate the trainer taking the extra effort to fit my carrier properly and show me all the moves… And it’s refreshing to do a dance-based workout that leaves me sore the next day! Hurrah for a proper workout after a long pregnancy and child-birth! Can’t wait to come and boogie on down next week!”

What’s On 4 Australia Managing Director Elise Easdown adds: “I’m so excited for our 2015 nominees.  We received such great feedback from our finalists and winners last year and can see Australia really does support these awards. Everyone through to this stage should be very proud and we can’t wait to see the results in June.”
