Now excuses are everywhere. We all have them – we’re too tired, we’re too busy, we don’t believe we’re capable of lifting more weight or increasing the speed. But when outside forces handed Jed McGiffin an excuse, he responded by adapting, and forging new ways with a forever-changed body.
