It’s Your Life – Don’t Waste a Second: A handy tip for members & clients

Do you watch TV everyday? Commute to work via public transport? Spend time waiting for kids while they have sports practice? Spend time on Facebook, Twitter or your preferred social media site? If you answer yes to any of these, we really have no excuses when it comes to not getting important daily life tasks of cleaning, exercise, life admin, meal preparation and planning completed.

We all have the same number of hours to play with each day and yet some of us manage to get much more accomplished in these hours than others. Of course we all need down time, but the question remains are we really making the most of the time we have?

Could you do house chores while watching TV, or exercise while waiting for the kids? Could you prepare extra meals while watching DVDs or walk part of your commute so your exercise is already done? Effective time management is one of the key variables that differentiates those who get a lot done versus those who complain that they ‘just don’t have time’ – which type of person are you?
