Thousands Of Studios Now Get Access To New Revolutionary HIIT Brand

Leading virtual group fitness provider Fitness On Demand has announced a partnership with Sh1ft, the revolutionary new functional HIIT brand out of the UK.

The premium virtual fitness content offered through the Fitness On Demand platform allows a facility to create a scheduled timetable of classes or on-demand at a time that suits them.

Fitness On Demand offer club operators two products; GROUP™ and SO1O™. Fitness Studios and small group training zones benefit from GROUP by instantly injecting hundreds of premium fitness classes into otherwise moderately utilised spaces. SO1O is designed differently. It allows a single user to transform even the smallest space into a self-service guided training station with class options led by the most renowned fitness instructors on the planet.

For Sh1ft, the partnership will expose its unique workouts to thousand of class goers worldwide.

SH1FT - Smart High Intensity Functional TrainingSh1ft (Smart High Intensity Functional Training) will release workouts across both the GROUP and SO1O products, which will vary from five minute ‘Rush’ workouts, to longer, themed, group fitness HIIT workouts focusing on cardio, strength and stretching. All workouts are tailored to all levels and use bodyweight only meaning they can be done anywhere.

Megan Rivero, Senior Manager, Programming & Partnerships at Fitness On Demand commented “When we first saw the SH1FT workouts, we knew they would be a fantastic addition to the platform. The SH1FT content stands out due to the smart and functional approach to the workouts as well as the unique workout themes. The Fitness On Demand favourite is ‘Grand Slam’, a tennis inspired workout.”

Sh1ft founder Will Brereton says “SH1FT are excited to expand our offering into new fitness studios via Fitness On Demand. SH1FT is growing quickly with new instructors and classes launching all the time.”

The goal to make quality group fitness classes accessible to everyone is why this partnership between Fitness On Demand and Sh1ft makes sense and another reason why, if you haven’t already, you should consider Fitness On Demand for your facility.
