[dropcap]F[/dropcap]itness and Health Expo 2014 Sydney: 19-20th October, Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park.
Held over two days at the Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park, The Fitness and Health Expo 2014 Sydney hit the ground running with over 130 exhibitor stands touting the latest and greatest in domestic fitness equipment, education and courses, fitness careers, gym and exercise clothing, fitness gadgets and accessories, training aids and tools, sports nutrition and a whole lot more.
A real smorgasbord for the fitness enthusiast, The Fitness Show brought fun and excitement through its live cooking demos with Healthy Chef’s Teresa Cutter, gruelling VIP training sessions with Commando Steve and crossfit heats in The Arena with a grand finale heart stopper.
The show also presented a MMA Zone for demos and bouts, a power lifting stage with some totally awesome and inspiring monster lifts from the big guns!
Meanwhile, over at the Strength & Conditioning Stage, the INBA (International Natural Bodybuilding Association) Muscle & Model Fitness Show was heating up. Divisions included bikini fitness, fitness models, physique, figure, body building, bikini mama and 30+ male & female. As well as a trophy, the happy winners also got their hands on some well earned travel money vouchers.
WNiF staff member Michelle Vescio was the real star of the stage in ‘bikini fitness’ comp and in our eyes should have taken our the top prize – next time!
All in all, more than enough to keep happy and wanting more. Well done guys, enjoyed the show and looking forward to the bigger 2015 event.
