Fitness First Launches Outdoor Movement Training

Fitness First believe that a healthy lifestyle goes beyond the walls of the gym, which is why their Outdoor Movement Training gives members more options to help you go further in their health and fitness.

Designed to strengthen and relax the body and mind, members can now try out BOOTCAMP or Outdoor Pilates/Yoga in selected Fitness First clubs.

Outdoor Pilates and Yoga

Outdoor Yoga and Pilates classes are exclusive to members and will do wonders for participants’  body and soul as they breathe, bend and stretch their way to fitness.

Fitness First’s outdoor classes are currently available at Mosman, Wanda, Flinders St and Melbourne Central.

Be inspired to break barriers with BOOTCAMP at Fitness First, a Cross Training challenge that makes a rival of the best urban and coastal terrain in an unbeatable workout that will have participants coming back for more.

BOOTCAMP takes participants outdoors to elevate their fitness to a whole new level. Participants will build strength, endurance and gain fitness. Suitable for people of all fitness levels, BOOTCAMP provides the ideal cross training addition to an average training program and gives that extra level of motivation and support needed to get results faster!

All Fitness First members are welcome at the various locations, regardless of the club of which they are a member of. BOOTCAMP runs during the spring and summer seasons.

Each BOOTCAMP location is assigned a specific Fitness First club where you can make a booking. You will need to book at reception prior to the day as numbers are strictly limited per instructor. Bookings are taken up to one week in advance for the next three sessions. Watch the video below to see what Fitness First’s BOOTCAMP is all about.
