Fitness First clubs in Market St, George St and Bond St in Sydney CBD together with Brighton and in the brand new flagship $7 million club in Flinders St Melbourne have taken delivery of the HumanSport 6 dual-function system. The cable-based machines act as 12 workout stations by utilizing dual weight stacks to provide a wide range of total body training options, including Base Strength, Core Stabilization and Dynamic Movement training. HumanSport® a Star Trac product is distributed in Australia and New Zealand by Blue Fitness.
Simon Hall Marketing Manager at Blue Fitness says “Human Sport has been designed to reflect human body mechanics; HumanSport is so simple, so intuitive and so natural that it feels as if it were custom-built for each and every user”.
Never before has the beauty of natural movement been translated so well into an exercise environment. HumanSport also offers the revolutionary Lock N Load® patented weight selection system that affords users the most streamlined and efficient workout possible, while reducing common maintenance hassles associated with traditional weight stacks and pins.
HumanSport’s integration of core stabilization and multi-planar movements help strengthen core muscles in your body. You’ll achieve overall strength and balance – enabling you to perform better and get more out of individual muscle group workouts.
HumanSport dual functional machines comes packaged with a staff training program delivered by a Certified HumanSport Master Instructor to ensure all Personal Trainers and Fitness Staff can integrate the functional aspects of each machine into their clients and members workouts.
Visitors to the Fitness & Health Expo / FILEX in Melbourne will be able to try out the HumanSport machines for themselves on the Blue Fitness Stand T26 and even have a workout with the HumanSport Master Instructor at the new Flinders St Fitness First.
