Payment solutions company Debitsuccess launches in United States
Transaction Services Group (TSG), a leading global payment solutions provider, has expanded into the United States, with the establishment of Debitsuccess USA based in San Francisco.
Debitsuccess specializes in collecting any day any frequency recurring payments from customers through its full service payment platform, which includes billing, customer service, following up of delinquent members, and the highest level of international data security – level 1 Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
Debitsuccess US President Shaun Quincey says the move is a significant step for the organisation’s focused growth strategy.
“25 per cent of customers will at some stage have a failed transaction for a number of reasons and the Debitsuccess platform has been engineered to reengage and retain the dropped customers, improving cash flow and driving more revenue,” says Mr Quincey.
“The recurring revenue model needs a subscription payment reengagement solution and we are filling that space in the USA for a number of sectors.”
