Fitness giant Belgravia Health has announced its popular Coaching Zone concept is now available as a franchise opportunity, allowing fitness entrepreneurs to take advantage of the huge growth in High Intensity Interval Training with a tried and tested formula.
For the past 1.5 years, Coaching Zone, a specialised group personal training program combining training and coaching, has been operational within many of Belgravia Health’s Genesis clubs.
