Clubware 3.1 Offers More Features

The latest version of Clubware, leading fitness centre management software, offers a range of new and improved features, further strengthening its profile as the most user friendly product of its kind on the market.

Originally launched in 2001 with a number of upgrades over the years, Clubware 3.1 is distributed by Debitsuccess and PaySmart in Australasia.  As from April this year, it is also available in the United Kingdom through DFC and Harlands.  These four companies are part of the Transaction Services Group, an international full service payment solutions provider.

Today, Clubware is used by more than 900 health and fitness clubs across Australasia and the United Kingdom.

Designed and developed through the valuable feedback received from users in the fitness industry, Clubware 3.1 includes improvements to a number of features that create an enhanced user experience.  Some of the new features available include: 

  • DPS EFTPOS Integration:The point of sale now supports integration with DPS for Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
  • PC-EFTPOS Australian Integration:  The point of sale now supports integration with PC-EFTPOS for Australia.
  • Scheduled maintenance and backups: General maintenance, database maintenance and database backups are now scheduled and will run automatically every night at midnight.
  • SMS: Increased options around SMS, including the ability to automatically create activities for members.

Clubware’s ongoing development and improvement continues to build its popularity with clubs and associations outside the traditional health and fitness space, with a growing range of organisations finding its tools and features useful for running their administration.  In addition, a new Clubware website is set for release shortly.
