Charlotte Miller Opens Cafe For Healthy Take Away Food

There’s a brand new option for Melbournians who seek healthy takeaway food, thanks to accredited practising dietitian and chef Charlotte Miller.

kitchen&pantry has been developed as the sibling business of food&joy by Charlotte Miller.

Charlotte is a dietitian and chef who is passionate about finding ways to create the opportunity for everyone to access and consume good quality ingredients and meals. Charlotte believes that health and good nutrition are not the result of fad diets and restrictions but come about when we focus our diet around fresh, basic wholefoods and plant based ingredients. Balanced eating means including a variety of ingredients, an ability to engage in mindful eating patterns and an awareness of where the foods we consume are coming from.

Charlotte is also available for private individual and group cooking lessons that can be tailored to your particular circumstances and cooking ability. She also provides personal chef services, group education sessions, school group seminars and is available to assist you in creating a positive food and eating space in your home.

Charlotte has been working internationally as a private chef for eight years and in restaurants prior to that. She is a partner in a café and wine bar in Amsterdam.
