Blue Fitness exclusive distributors of Star Trac and Hoist Fitness in Australia and New Zealand have redesigned and launched a website focused on their customer’s needs.
The new website takes a fresh and content driven approach, which has been designed to give the customer what they are looking for and also be a centre point for all club owners/managers to seek advice, remedy service issues and find the equipment they are looking for.
Simon Hall Marketing Manager at Blue Fitness says “with experience in club management and the supplier side of the fitness industry I recognise that selling fitness equipment is more than just treadmills and bikes it’s about creating a relationship with your customers and focusing on their performance and success”.
Hall continues “We have looked at each area of the website and made it easy to navigate, introduced an Installation Gallery to show the equipment in actual club locations rather than just brochure images and more importantly provided 3 ways to address service support.”
The website has a specially designed service support area with How to Video’s and a Frequently Asked Questions page to provide immediate support for maintenance questions and also a service portal that links directly to the Blue Fitness case management software for day to day tracking of all service requests.
Hall added “we know that this is a priority when purchasing equipment” The website also has a panel of well know fitness industry expert including ; Justin Tamsett, Nic Monteforte, Bryan O’Rourke and Mel Tempest lending their years of experience to provide advice, guidance and conversation on what’s happening in the fitness industry.
The panel will also have a regular Q+A session if you have any unanswered questions to help with your fitness business.
