The scope includes Organisational Leadership, Culture and Engagement; Workforce Planning and Recruitment; Organisational Development and People Capability; Employment Relations and HR Advice; and Workplace Health & Safety.

During those years, Millie has ran fitness franchises on beautiful beaches and developing corporate wellbeing programs in Sydney for over 10 years, she developed a lifelong passion for helping others achieve active and healthy lifestyles.
