Building on a ‘Who’s-Who’ within the Australian fitness community, we recognise just a few of the Aussie career milestones, new job roles and positions during August 2019. Congrats to all 🙂

Samantha Cosgrove - New Club Manager at ZADI TrainingSamantha Cosgrove – New Club Manager at ZADI Training. With a successful 6 year career at YMCA NSW,  Samantha, who is an experienced program specialist and Centre Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the fitness industry, has taken on the new role as Club Manager at ZADI Training in Sydney.  Skilled in customer acquisition, program and asset management, Samantha is a strong minded professional with a Cert III & Cert IV in Fitness, Cert IV in Training & Assessment and CrossFit Level 1 coach certification, I’m sure Samantha with thrive in here new role.

Andrew Simmons - Celebrating 20 Years at Vision Personal TrainingAndrew Simmons – Celebrating 20 years at Vision Personal Training. Through Vision Personal Training, Andrew’s is to build the most credible brand for delivering outstanding results in the health industry. Via his blog site andrewsvision.com.au, he aims to educate society and address the issues that have contributed to Australia becoming one of the most overweight/obese nations per capita. Specialties include franchising, business building, corporate speaking and coaching, exercise and nutrition.

Nadine Kemp - Celebrating 12 years at YMCA Victoria Nadine Kemp – Celebrating 12 years at YMCA Victoria. Nadine has been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years and is a very well liked and respected professional. She is the Area Manager for Active Moreland (an initiative by Moreland City Council) at YMCA Victoria where she is responsible for over 500 employees and over 10,000 members. Nadine has worked across all areas of the fitness industry, starting back in 1995 as a group fitness instructor.

Ben McNiece – celebrating 3 years at Alliance Wellness Group (including TotalFusion, QLD).

Sofija Vracar – new Pilates & Yoga Instructor at Inspired Pilates & Yoga.

Carlos Elysee – new Area Manager at Anytime Fitness, Sydney.

Richard Derbyshire – new National Sales Manager – Hospitality & Residential Wellness at Matrix Fitness Australia.

Chantal Brodrick – new Fitness Australia Spokesperson at Fitness Australia.

Paul Timms – promoted to CEO at Healthy Nation.

Rachel Newbury – celebrating 18 YEARS (wow!) at Personal Training for Health & Wellbeing.

Joan Markwell – new Personal Coaching Specialist at One Day…coaching.

Rob Mecham – new General Manager – Network Development at Fitness Passport.

Darren Hewitt – new Business Development Manager TAS & VIC at 20PerFit.
